Trianon Corporate Finance advised Philippe Almouzni on the acquisition of Operis

After having assumed various positions within the Sage group and organized in 2013 the spin-off of his company with the help of Argos Wityu which he renamed I'Car Systems and led the development through internal and external growth, Philippe Almouzni decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial project.

This approach led to the takeover of Operis, a software publisher for local authorities in the fields of urban planning, land, heritage and education. The company achieved sales revenue of €7 million in 2020.

Philippe Almouzni has acquired the shares of the outgoing general manager and has become the new chairman and CEO of Operis. The key managers and investment funds Sodero Gestion and BNP Paribas remain in the company's capital structure.

Trianon CF advised Philippe Almouzni on this project with a particular focus on the drafting of a business plan approved by the buyer and PE funds and on the defense of the particular interests of the buyer in the implementation of a new governance and in negotiating the terms of the management package.
