After having assumed general management positions focused on international development within companies such as Giraud International, Gefco and Algeco, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, the United States, or even in Scandinavia, Sébastien Haulet decided to embark on an entrepreneurial project.
This approach led to the acquisition of HK Courses, a transport group made up of 7 agencies in France and achieving sales revenue of €11M in 2018. The activity is divided between the 24-hour organization of urgent transport in light and heavy vehicles to and from all over Europe, charter services and regular shuttles.
Euro Capital, Groupe ILP (Institut Lorrain de Participation), the founding seller and two other key managers are participating in the transaction.
Trianon CF has supported Sébastien Haulet throughout this process, from screening and analyzing targets, to prospecting and contacting Private Equity funds, defending his interests, and coordinating all the parties involved in the transaction.
