Founded in 1986, ENVIRONNEMENT SERVICES is a key player in outdoor landscaping in the Paris region. The company has built its know-how around two complementary areas of expertise: outdoor fencing & metalwork, and the creation of green spaces.
Located in Villevaudé (77), the company is mainly involved in new projects throughout the Ile-de-France region and has a diversified customer base (local and regional authorities, social housing agencies, property developers, public contractors, building and civil engineering firms, private companies, etc.). ENVIRONNEMENT SERVICES has around 40 employees and revenues of €8 million in 2023, with an order book representing over a year of business.
Christophe Castellini, CEO and sole shareholder of ENVIRONNEMENT SERVICES for the past 10 years, wanted to be backed by a strategic partner capable of continuing its development. He gave a sell-side mandate to Trianon Corporate Finance in order to find strategic buyers. The family-owned BIR Group acquired ENVIRONNEMENT SERVICES, convinced by the company’s know-how and the synergies it offered.
The mission of Trianon CF covered the drafting of the information memorandum, the identification, introduction and conduct of discussions with potential buyers, the negotiation of management interests, the management of the dataroom and Q&A sessions, as well as the coordination of all the parties involved in the transaction.
